How much is delivery and how long does it take?

It takes us 24 hours to prepare your order and register for dispatch 

We post orders on working days Monday – Friday, using APC next day delivery service . We do not post on weekends or Bank Holidays as they are not classed as working days.

If you wish to have a gift sent straight to recipient please ensure you put the correct address 
 
APC will send an email / Text once they have collected your order from Josefina and you will then have live tracking info 
 

Furniture Delivery

you have a few options here :

Courier service
We use an independent trusted courier who offers a white glove service they will wrap you item/s and will place your furniture in situ. please advise us of any restrictions on access including multiple staircases and lifts.
Delivery is charged at cost and you are required to pay the courier on the day by card or cash unless otherwise agreed with Josefina
We will notify you of the cost at point of order rule of thumb if not local to us is £3 per mile from our workshop TN22 3XN

Arrange a courier yourself

Many of our customers have used a courier service www.anyvan.com you put in your postcode and ours (TN22 3XN)
choose the date and you can track your driver

Collection
You can collect the item yourself from our showroom which is open 8am – 4pm Monday to friday – weekend collections are possible with prior arrangement. We are always on hand to help load your item and many customers end up having a trip to our shop and enjoying our unusual high street full of independent shops ! Uckfield is a thriving town with no empty shops! so makes for a nice day out

 
Can I reserve items?

I’m afraid we do not allow people to reserve items, unless secured with payment.

I would like to purchase bulk for wedding/party can I get a discount?

If you are looking to place a large order for a wedding/party please email info@josefinaonline.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

Where is the shop based?

The shop is located in Uckfield High Street.

Can I collect my items from the shop?

Yes, please select shop collection in the checkout if you would like.

My item is broken

All items are hand packed with care and sent via courier.
Please check your item upon arrival for damages and DO NOT sign for the package if its damaged. Once you have signed for the package we may deny your refund request.

My item has not arrived

All our items are tracked & signed for via APC overnight if your item has not arrived please contact us.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as a payment gateway. This allows you to pay either by your PayPal account or by debit or credit card using the PayPal gateway.

What is the dispatch time?

We dispatch items on the next working day for orders. If we have an issue with dispatching your item on the next working day we will contact you.

Who posts your items?

Our courier service is APC overnight, they are the perfect courier for delivering fragile items and paint.

My paint isn't the colour I thought it was can I send it back?

All monitors are different and you may see the paint in the incorrect colour it’s meant to be.
We ask you to purchase a tester pot before purchasing paint to ensure you are happy with the colour.
